The newly redecorated and expanded office of the Franklin Society Federal Savings and Loan at 1 East Fordham Rd. & Jerome Ave. 'Desiree,' a 22-foot Olympic Star Boat, gave the Open House its theme, 'Sail into Security' with a savings account at the bank. Also shown are automobiles, a Surface Transit bus, the IRT #4 elevated subway line, and other businesses in the Singh Building.
