On the D. & H. Canal seventeen-mile level between Summitville and Phillipsport, N.Y.
Description
A black and white photo shows a team of animals pulling a boat down a tow path on the D. & H. Canal. A very rural setting can be seen with dirt on either side of the canal. A few houses and trees are scattered throughout the background of the postcard. There also seems to be a mountain to the left behind the houses and a small shed on the left bank of the canal.
