The Club bought the former home of Frederick Jennings, a Princeton alum, in 1922 and proceeded to renovate and expand it, adding a 10 story building that included squash courts and a restaurant. The Princeton, Brown, and Dartmouth Clubs were all demolished to make way for an office building that was built at 90 Park Avenue in 1963.
